2.1 Account Closure Request

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawals

4. Bonuses & Promotions
1filmy regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed.
4.1 General Bonus Terms
- After claiming a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawing
- Withdrawals with an active bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled
- Bonuses must generally be used within a specified time period
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
- 1filmy reserves the right to void any bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found
4.2 Welcome Bonus

4.3 Accumulator Bonus
An additional 10% bonus applies to winning accumulator bets with four or more legs. Each leg must have minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
5. Betting Rules

- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; however, the Cash Out feature may be used
- 1filmy reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 1filmy's policy
- If a connection is lost during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid
- 1filmy reserves the right to limit the bet amount of any user
5.1 Betting Limits

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1filmy:
- Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same person's name
- Bonus Abuse: Providing false information to claim a bonus, or manipulating the system to claim a bonus multiple times
- Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account
- Fraud: Any form of payment fraud or chargebacks
- Software Abuse: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation software
- Money Laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources into the platform
- Misrepresentation: Using a false identity, age, or address during registration
Warning: If any of the above activities are detected, the account may be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited. Where necessary, the matter may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
1filmy may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found
- Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
- If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account
- At the user's request (Self-Exclusion)
If your account has been closed, you may contact our support team. If the closure was made in error and no terms were violated, the account may be reinstated following verification.
